The house is located in the Vallés Oriental, a region of the province of Barcelona which capital is Granollers, with a great wealth of natural landscapes, only 40 minutes from the big city. Very close to Barcelona, the beaches of the Maresme and various centres of leisure, cultural and sports activities.

Waterfalls, caves and itineraries in an ancient natural surrounding. Sant Miquel del Fai is one of the oldest spa resorts in the country. Located on the Tenes valley, its charm surrounds a good part of the so-called Cingles de Bertí.
The Montseny Natural Park is a world heritage site, a biosphere reserve. It is one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces in the country, a unique mosaic of Mediterranean and Central European landscapes.
Specialized center in raptors. It is a unique center for the study, display, breeding and flying of these birds. They have over a hundred birds of 28 different species. They also organize guided tours on their facilities and offer flying sessions where you can see these birds flying up close.

Caldes de Montbui is a village that has lived since ancient times surrounded by thermal waters. It has the privilege of being the first thermal village of Catalonia and of possessing the best preserved Roman thermal baths of the Peninsula, declared as cultural asset of national interest. Natural springs emanating thermal water at over 74ºC, one of the hottest in Europe.
Family business specialized in nuts and agricultural products. They have several experimental farms where they develop their products with a clear commitment to organic farming. Their forte is roasting with firewood, distribution and wholesale. Members of the Slow Food collective.
Mas Sampera
Lavender field known as Barcelona's Provence. They create experiences around lavender cultivation. During the year they take care of the lavender field to open the farm to visitors during the flowering months, June and July. They share the beauty and aroma of lavender that surrounds the whole farm and accompany it with activities that awaken our senses. They also do al fresco dinners.
The Circuit of Catalunya hosts Formula 1 and Moto GP races. It is also one of the circuits commonly used for different European teams for testing during the winter break.
Chic Outlet Shopping. It is a shopping center with clothing stores of selected brands with more than a 100 exclusive boutiques with discounts.

Maresme beaches are 30 minutes away by car, or if you prefer you can reach the magnificent Costa Brava in less than 1 hour.
