  • High season: July and August.

  • Extra season: Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve, St. Joan, long weekends and bank holidays.

  • Medium season: June and September.

  • Low season: rest of the year.

 

To be taken into consideration:

  • Minimum 2 nights, please ask for specific celebrations. Weekly rentals in high season.

  • The base rates for the rental of the big house are for 8 people, up to a maximum of 16 people, for each additional person 15€ per person per day is charged. The rental of the annex house, up to a maximum of 6 people, has a separate price.

  • Cleaning is not included and is 80€, 100€ for the full capacity. The cleaning of the annex cottage also has an additional cost.

  • Sheets and towels, in rentals less than a week, are charged separately. The set for 8/10 persons is 90€, 12/16 persons 100€, 20/22 persons 120€.

  • A deposit from 300€ is required, scalable to the final occupancy, which must be paid on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay within 48h.

  • At the time of confirmation, 50% must be paid as down payment.

  • Arrival is from 5pm and check out before 11am (please consult).

  • A supplement of 30€ per pet will be charged. 

  • La Ronsana has its own internal regulations and reserves the right to modify rates, except for already confirmed reservations.
